Josh's Habenero Salsa

Instructions
Roast chiles and tomatoes (stove or BBQ) until the chiles are blackened and the tomato skins are splitting and falling off. Place roasted items in blender along with garlic and blend until large chunks are gone. Add vinegar and olive oil, blend just to mix liquids. Add salt and cumin to taste.
Notes
Straight from Josh's kitchen, this lights your anus on fire, but it is very good. The vinegar will tame it down a bit, so add more of that if you can't take the heat. This goes good on tacos, burritos or chips.
